I aim to provide compassionate, personalized care that addresses the whole person. My goal is to empower my patients with the knowledge and support they need to live their healthiest lives.
I moved to Lancaster in 2009 after residency with my husband who is also a physician. We are active with our 4 kids & dog, Suki. We enjoy supporting our kids' swimming, soccer, tennis & school events. If not at children's activities, I'm running, exercising, cooking, baking and/or listening to an audiobook. I've run a full marathon (26.2 miles) in all 50 states and am working on 7 continents. My motto: Make the most of every moment and have no regrets!
